| 1. Below 15 years of age with validity of 5 years or till the minor attains the age of 18 years,
whichever is earlier. |
| 2. Do one time registration at
https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/ (Passport Seva at Indian Embassies and Consulates) and
create a USER ID. Login using the newly created USER ID and fill in the user-friendly application
form online at the same portal. After submitting the form online, take a print out of the
application. |
| 3. Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklet/s/passport if any). |
| 4. Minor should affix his/her signature or thumb impression (left thumb in case of boy & right thumb
in case of girl) in the signature box). |
| 5. Two recent photos (not older than three months, no uniform) with white/light background with
DARK DRESS and frontal view. White or light grey hair with Light blue background. (51 mm x 51
mm).Ears, forehead to chin to be completely visible. |
| 6. Copy of Passport with the page of valid Bahrain residence permits (Igama). |
| 7. Copy of CPR (Front and back side, or smartcard print). |
| 8. Personal presence is mandatory for submission & collection. |
| 9. Parents original Passport and copy’s is required. |
| 10. Both parents Personal presence is mandatory for submission along with minor applicants. |
