| 1. Applicant has to fill online form in re-issue category at https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in
post creating the user id and password and take print out of the form post submitting the same
in system. |
| 2. Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklet/s/passport if any). |
| 3. 2 Recent photos (not older than three months, no uniform) with white/light background with DARK
DRESS and frontal view. White or light grey hair with Light blue background. (51 mm x 51 mm).Ears,
forehead to chin to be completely visible. |
| 4. Copy of Passport with the page of valid Bahrain residence permits (Igama). |
5. Personal presence is mandatory for submission & collection. |
| 6. Copy of marriage certificate. |
