Documents required to apply for the following Indian Visas
 
(1). Employment Visa:

1. Filled Visa application form.
2. Visa appendix form
3. Two photographs.
4. Iqama/Bataka copy.
5. Employment visa is given to individuals who are going on employment to India.
6. Employment agreement copy and letter of sponsor in KSA re required to be put up to Attaché- SS(C)-Counsellor.
For Pak nationals/Pak Origin foreign nationals:

1. Filled Visa application form.
2. Visa appendix form
3. Two photographs.
4. All applications of Pakistan nationals and Pak Origin are put up to Attaché-SS(C),Counselor-DCM-HOM for approval.
5. Pak nationals visiting close relatives, for business, and Medical Visa, same conditions as in the case of other nationals (but visa applied on Pakistani Visa form in quadruplet)have to submit 4 visa applications (Pak ).
6. Pak nationals are issued visas to see their close blood relatives, Medical treatment and business purposes.
7. Affidavit from close relative in India.
Foreign Nationals of Pak Origin have to apply visa on Pakistani Passport only

(2). Medical Visa:

1. Filled Visa application form.
2. Visa appendix form
3. Two photographs.
4. Iqama/Bataka copy.
5. Medical visas are issued for medical treatment.
6. Letter of sponsor (in case on non Saudis) and medical treatment papers.
7. Medical visas are generally issued for specialized treatments only. Applicants submitting medical papers for the treatment of Gastritis,Diabetes, blood pressure etc. are generally discouraged since these treatments are easily available in Saudi Arabia.
8. Applicants approach the mission for medical visas on the basis of medical Certificates being frequently issued by doctors in Mumbai. These certificates are subsequently got attested by public notary so as to make them look more credible. But the applicants are not having any prescription, medical bills, in support of these bogus medical certificates. First medical visa is issued for a period of 3 months with single entry however on doctors advise for multiple consultations, patient is issued six Months double entry visa. Only one attendant is allowed to go along with the patient to India.

For Pak nationals/Pak Origin foreign nationals:

4. All applications of Pakistan nationals and Pak Origin are put up to Attaché-SS(C),Counselor-DCM-HOM for approval.

(3). Entry Visa:

1. Filled Visa application form.
2. Entry visa is issued to wives/husbands/children of persons of Indian origin. This is issued for the purpose of meeting relatives in India.
3. Letter of employment.
4. Iqama copy.
5. Husband/wife’s passport copy ( in case one of them is Indian Passport holder).
6. Marriage certificate attested by home department of concerned state in India
7. In case of minor having foreign passport, copies of both parents are required.
8. While applications are accepted we check place of birth of the applicant. If Place of birth is India then invariably Entry visa is issued.

VISA APPLYING
PROCESS

Step 1
Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Embassy. Step 2
Complete you visa application form and affix your photograph. You may download the form from this websites.

Step 3
Ensure photos are as per specifications.

Step 4
Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

Step 5
Submit your application at the India Visa centre in Bahrain along with the applicable fees in cash.

Step 6
Track your application online

Step 7
Collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre.
