Note: (a) Additional physical copy of photograph is required apart from uploading in online application.
(b) The photo requirements are very strict.. Please follow the following instructions accordingly:
1. Center head within frame and present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin.
2. The face should cover about 60-70 percent of the photo area.
3. The applicant's head, including both face and hair, should be shown from the crown of the head to the tip of the chin.
4. Please ensure both ears, neck, and shoulders are clearly visible.
5. The head must be centered within the frame.
6. Photo should present Full face, front view, eyes open.
7. Background should be plain white colored without borders with contract colored clothes (not white clothes).
8. Photos with dark, busy, or patterned backgrounds will not be accepted.
9. No shadows on the face or on the background.

1. The photo-print should be clear and with a continuous-tone quality.
2. It should have full face, front view, eyes open.
3. Photo should present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin.
4. Center head within frame.
5. The background should be a plain white or off-white.
6. There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background.
7. Head coverings are not permitted except for religious reasons, but the facial fea tures from bottom of chin to top of forehead and both edges of the face must be clearly shown.
8. The expression on the face should look natural.
VISA APPLYING
PROCESS

Step 1
Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Embassy. Step 2
Complete you visa application form and affix your photograph. You may download the form from this websites.

Step 3
Ensure photos are as per specifications.

Step 4
Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

Step 5
Submit your application at the India Visa centre in Bahrain along with the applicable fees in cash.

Step 6
Track your application online

Step 7
Collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre.
